Shipping and returns.

Every order quote includes freight, lead times and the supplier's breakage terms. Nothing is agreed until those figures are confirmed in writing.

01Fulfillment: Products ship direct from our suppliers to your project address. Crestmere does not operate a warehouse or ship from stock.
02Freight: Tile, tubs, fixtures and lighting are heavy freight. The freight cost is specific to your order and is included as a line item in your written quote before you commit.
03Lead times: Lead times vary by product and supplier. Your lead time is confirmed in writing before the order is placed. We do not confirm a lead time verbally only.
04Breakage and returns: Breakage allowances and returns terms are set by each supplier and are stated on your quote. Read them before you accept the order. We note them clearly so there is no ambiguity.
05Material Sample Kit: The $45 Material Sample Kit lets you review materials in your client's space before specifying. The full cost is credited against a qualifying order.
